For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Free shipping only applies to one order. For out-of-stock items, pre-orders, and special orders, we will notify you if additional shipping charges will apply if you want in-stock items to be shipped immediately.

All items at QuirkyBaby are in stock unless otherwise noted on the product page. Pre-orders and special order items will take additional time to ship as noted on the product page. If an inventory error occurs, we will contact you immediately if a product is unavailable for shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Special order items will incur an automatic restocking fee if returned, as noted on the product page.

We accept Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. All credit card payments are processed through a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for privacy and security. Please note that e-check payments through Paypal will not ship until the e-check has cleared (which may take up to a week from your order).

QuirkyBaby shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable 7% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Jersey. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. For international orders, you are solely responsible for customs, duties, or other charges levied by your country. QuirkyBaby cannot mark your order as a gift to avoid customs charges.

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, QuirkyBaby shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. QuirkyBaby shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, QuirkyBaby shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
