Personal Babywearing Consultations
I offer personal consultations and sales in my home office by appointment. As a babywearer with seven years of experience with carrying my three children, and having done consultations for hundreds of clients over the last several years, I will give you expert advice on choosing and using a carrier that will be comfortable and functional.
The 45 to 60 minute consultation will include an assessment of your particular needs and a demonstration of the carriers that will best suit your baby's age and your lifestyle. You will be able to try on the carriers, and you will learn how to use the carrier you purchase easily and safely.
I plan most of my consultations on weekday mornings. Appointments outside these hours may be available on an extremely limited basis.
There will be a non-refundable $20 charge for this service, $10 of which is applicable as a credit towards your purchase of a sling or carrier within 30 days. The credit will not apply towards purchases of accessories only. To sign up for a babywearing consultation, please click here.
Once you have paid the consultation fee, we will confirm your date and time by email and I will send you a pre-consultation questionnaire to help narrow down the choices that will be appropriate for you and your baby. To make the most efficient use of your consultation, please take some time to answer these questions as well as to familiarize yourself with the carriers I offer and review the babywearing information page.
Please arrive promptly to your babywearing consultation, or let me know as far in advance as possible if you're running late or cannot make your appointment. Because there are often multiple appointments scheduled in one day or because I have other obligations, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, it will be best to reschedule for another day.
Local Pickup and Demonstration
If you are in the Princeton, NJ area and wish to pick up a a carrier in person you may order and choose "local pickup" as your shipping option and email me to arrange a time to pick up your order. All items listed as in-stock on my site are available for local pick up. I am happy to show you how to use your carrier, and there will be no charge for a babywearing consultation for this service as long as the demonstration lasts 15 minutes or less.
Email Consultations
I am happy to answer any questions you have about which baby carrier is most appropriate for your needs. Just contact me and ask for my babywearing questionnaire. Based on your answers to the questionnaire, I will give you my personalized recommendation for the most appropriate carrier(s) for your needs.
Group Demonstrations and Classes
I offer group workshops for both large and small groups. Please let me know if you're a doula, birth or breastfeeding educator, or midwife, and would like information on offering babywearing demonstrations to your clients.
Baby Registry
You can register for items or find other peoples' registries by clicking here.
Gift Certificates and Gift Wrapping
Gift certificates are available in $25 increments and may be purchased here. I will email your recipient with information on how to redeem the certificate. Certificates are not redeemable for cash and must be used within one year of purchase.

Layaway
You may put 30% down on a carrier and pay the balance within 60 days for any order of $50 or more. The details of the layaway policy are here.
